Weights and Measures when deciding what stocks to buy.

StocksInternal Ownership

Generally, a successful company will always have a large number of its owners also own stock in their own company.  The higher the percent, the more likely the company will be successful.

Debt to Equity Ratio

Try to pick companies with on debt and lots of cash reserves.  Some research companies call this the PEG ratio.

The P/E Ratio

The P/E Ratio should be small when comparied to the company’s growth rate.
