Phoenix is a City on the rise, and Kevin is proud to call these streets home. As we continue to grow and develop, it is time for Phoenix to commit to a long term, strategic development plan that will shape our identity for years to come. Kevin has spent countless hours throughout this campaign sitting and listening to residents and their diverse concerns and learned that the issues we are dealing with in our City are challenging, but not insurmountable.
