WXYZ: TV engineering, videographer. [August 18, 1946 – January 11, 2022]
Samuel started his amazing life in Oakland, CA. His family moved to Detroit, MI in 1948. Samuel attended the Detroit Public Schools. At Wilbur Wright High School, he was involved in the football program. He graduated in 1964. Upon graduation, he was employed at Ford Motor Company and then went on to start his career as a cameraman with local news stations. He loved his job as it gave him unique life experiences that he appreciated tremendously. He retired from channel 7 news. He was a respected member of the Outcast MC and spent the remainder of his life doing what he loved: living a healthy lifestyle, driving his corvette, and finding happiness with family and the things he loved. Samuel was preceded in death by his mother, Eura Dell Seay, and his father, Samuel Seay. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, and papa and he will be greatly missed. 1
